These are typically a normal characteristic of mangosteens and do not affect their quality or taste.

If you believe the fruits you received are not up to standard, rest assured that we are committed to addressing your concerns. Below are the guidelines for reporting and resolving such issues:

Reporting an Issue:

Condition of Fruits:
- In the rare instance that you receive fruits that you consider unsuitable for consumption (e.g., spoiled, excessively damaged, or decayed), please contact us via Whatsapp Number +91 9625889591 with a clear picture of the affected fruit(s). Ensure the photo captures the condition of the fruit distinctly.
Courier/Packaging Issues:
- If the condition of the fruit has been affected due to courier handling or packaging damage, please provide photos of both the external packaging and the affected fruits as delivered.

Submission Timeline:

To ensure a prompt resolution, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests or complaints made beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained due to the perishable nature of the product.

Resolution Process:

Upon receiving your report, our team will carefully review the submitted evidence. If the claim is deemed valid, we will offer compensation, in the form of replacement, depending on the situation.

Additional Notes:

Due to the organic nature of our fruits, occasional cosmetic imperfections or minor natural variations (such as brown spots) are not considered defects and will not be eligible for compensation.
We reserve the right to make the final decision on the validity of claims based on the evidence provided.
